We are in the age of freedom and love. They are, however, only potentialities and we realize them usually only to a very limited extent. Everyday life is rather exercising the opposite of freedom and love. People with a modern consciousness are not able to realize these great ideals without an intensive spiritual practice – ideally on a daily basis. Based on the works of Rudolf Steiner and Georg Kühlewind we begin with very elementary concentration exercises and go further to meditation.

Laszlo Böszörmenyi has been working on exercises of the meditation path for more than forty years. He has been a friend and scholar of Georg Kühlewind for almost thirty years. He lives in Klagenfurt, Austria. He regularly gives talks and seminars on inner schooling and fairy tales, and for Waldorf Kindergarten teachers. He has published several short papers and recently a book on these topics (mainly in German). He worked 45 years as a researcher in computer science, the last 25 years of his career at the Klagenfurt University, as a computer science professor. Since he retirned in 2017, he devotes himself entirely to spiritual work.
